年復一年的新

來到零九年的第三百六十五天，回望過去，平平靜靜、安安穩穩，並沒多大的變遷。人所希冀的生活狀態，其實也不過如此這般而已！

人生無必要過得驚濤駭浪、高潮迭起，如坐過山車般的刺激；更無需事事與他人作比較；「各有前因莫羨人」，各人自作定然自受「因緣果報」，逃不過來。

能得平淡、安逸的生活，已值得興幸，實應感恩；不必再作強求，亦由不得自己去強求什麼。「千算萬算不如天算」，花盡心機到頭來全屬徒然。

「天道酬勤」，用了多少功，自有所應得的回報。同樣地，作了多少「惡」，自然就得承受相應的「果」。

就將明天作為新起點，努力『修練自己的心靈』；當發現它變得放任、狹窄時，就認真地對它說：『心，不許四處張望！不得散亂！』

來罷！同慶二零一零年的到臨。

有緣定能相會

上蒼待我真不薄，竟然可遇見你，而且更是在他工作的地方；原本一心只是拿東西給他，萬料不到你亦因事而到臨。雖然之前曾與你有兩面之緣，但卻沒有像今次來得親近。

你並沒有給人高高在上的感覺，而是親切地與身旁眾人交談；我鼓起勇氣上前向你問好，你微笑點頭，那一刻的喜悅，那一刻的感動，萬語千言亦難以形容，只能說一切都是值得的。

最後還有幸與你合照，並得到你所饋贈的紀念品，何其幸甚！

此刻應驗了「有緣千里能相會」；在於以那種形式而已！

“ The Butterfly Lovers” Golden Jubilee Charity Concert

Last night, I was invited by a friend to admit this charity concert. The objective is to raise funds for the “Szechwan 512 Earthquake”. It was held in HK City Hall.

The committee invited the writer of The Butterfly Lovers’ Concerto (梁祝協奏曲) － Mr. HE Zhan Hao (何占豪) as the conductor, Ms. SONG Fei (宋飛) to perform the Erhu (二胡) and Ms. Takako NISHIZAKI (西崎祟子) to perform the Violin (小提琴). Mr. HE wrote this famous and romantic concerto in 1959. Therefore, this year is the Golden Jubilee of it.

We dined in nearby café first. Then we walked to the destination. Our seats were quite good. Especially there was no audience at our back. We could enjoy the concert without disturbance. Each audience presented with a “Golden Jubilee booklet”. Around 8:00pm the concert was started.

It was fantastic. To be honestly, I like the Erhu version more than the Violin version. The tone of Erhu is full of hidden bitterness.

At the end of the concert, the master of ceremony announced that the three V.I.P. would sign for the first 50 audiences at the lobby. Luckily, we got their signatures with the Golden Jubilee booklet. About 11:00pm, we left the Hall satisfactorily.
